ウォータールー大学のCharles Clarke先生による、第3回MDAワークショップ「A Sequential Decision Framework for LLM-Guided Search」を5月25日（月）春日エリアにて開催いたします。

Charles Clarke先生はACM Distinguished Scientist，SIGIR Academy 2022年選出、SIGIR chair（2013 – 2016）などを歴任され、情報検索の教科書「情報検索：検索エンジンの実装と評価」の原著の著者であり、情報検索評価指標 α-nDCG の提案者です。

On May 25, Charles Clarke from the University of Waterloo will visit the University of Tsukuba and give the following talk from 14:00 to 15:00, at the meeting room (3F) in the information media union.

Professor Clarke is an ACM Distinguished Scientist, was inducted into the ACM SIGIR Academy in 2022, and served as SIGIR Chair from 2013 to 2016. He is also the co-author of the textbook Information Retrieval: Implementing and Evaluating Search Engines and the proposer of the IR evaluation metric α-nDCG.
